Nicholas Lumpp improves lives and affects social change through his work to rescue women and children from sexual slavery. As a founder and the executive vice president of the Somaly Mam Foundation, Nic facilitates efforts in Cambodia to eliminate slavery, extend microfinancing opportunities, and create employment opportunities for victims of sexual slavery. This month, GQ’s Gentlemen’s Fund is searching for its winner from among five finalists in the 2009 Better Men Better World Search, and Nic is in the race. All that, and he’s my wife’s cousin to boot.

If you like what Nic is doing and want to support his work and the work of the Somaly Mam Foundation, click over to The Gentelmen’s Fund and vote for Nic.
