You can find some of that writing at my old blog, Plavwriter.

Amnesty International posts that Juan Manuel Martinez, the activist on whom the 2006 murder of Brad Will was pinned, has been released due to lack of evidence. In the meantime, Will’s killer is still at large. All this roiled Oaxaca back in 2006 and 2007, and it informs the context of unresolved tension between citizens and the Ruiz government.
